Communication was terrific, and when ordering over the internet, this can be very important. I knew when my order was received, when it was being worked on, when it was out for delivery, and when it was delivered. On the home page is a disclaimer that not all the flowers in the arrangements may be available, which was the case, but Dogwood Tree subbed another type and emailed me with what they had before delivery. An O for Outstanding. And yes, my daughter loved the bouquet and the candle.
